Ajyad Arabia Real Estate Company was established on 09 of 1442 AH taking the southern region as a main center for launching its operations. Ajyad took pioneering steps in developing residential & commercial real estate and mixed-use complexes in the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Over the past years, the company has played a pivotal & strategic role in changing the concept of benefiting from real estate assets in several regions in our beloved Kingdom by utilizing & implementing comprehensive strategies with a renewed vision based on quality, innovation, and financial & environmental sustainability. This resulted in many projects that won the satisfaction of the beneficiaries, forming an integrated harmony with the surrounding environment, thus fostering the Saudi Vision 2030 in its strategy that the Kingdom to be at the forefront as a competitive global center, which is attractive for living, work, and tourism.

Ajyad Arabia Real Estate Company is not a product of the hour but based on a commercial legacy that extends for more than ten years and is an extension of the grand efforts formulated by the founder, Engineer Saad Khuzam Al-Huwaizi, through which he transferred all the accumulated experience in the construction sector to the real estate development sector. This is in line with the current stage & the future vision of the Kingdom 2030, along with constant endeavor to achieve our strategic aspirations until 2030 AD, depending on expanding & diversifying investment activity in the real estate sector. In addition to providing innovative real estate products & services and monitoring & following up programs for developing real estate sectors that are candidates for growth in the local market, and intensifying the search for promising investment opportunities.
